One Year Ago Today....

A year ago today, I went into labor with our BEAUTIFUL little Logann.  Contractions started becoming regular at 2pm while we were celebrating Thanksgiving with my mom and other family members.  We headed to the hospital around 11pm, to be sent home at 2am because I was only dilated to a 3.  By 9:30am, we were back at the hospital in full blown labor (I was trying not to push while on all fours in the back of my in-laws brand new car on our way back to the hospital)!!!  Needless to say, things progressed very quickly after that:)

It's so hard to believe that time has flown by so quickly!!!  Tomorrow, Logann will turn 1 year old at 11:24am.  She's such a big girl now!!!

Week 16

This week, our little Peanut is the size of an avocado.  They grow so fast!!!

On a side note, one of my fellow bloggers is writing about what she is thankful for this week.  I thought that was a great idea...

I'm SO grateful for my beautiful daughter!!  Everyday that I go to work, I realize how truly lucky we are that she is healthy and happy!!  I never want to take this for granted.
I'm grateful for my amazing husband, who is also an amazing father.
I'm grateful for the health of my family.
I'm grateful for the incredible support of my family and friends.
I'm grateful for this new little baby:)

Week 15

Can you believe it's already week 15?!!  Time is just flying by.  It's amazing how different this pregnancy is...I guess when it's all not a complete mystery, you feel a little different.  I'm so happy, but also worried about the logistics of having two babies under 2!!!  I don't want Logann to feel like chopped liver:(  Oh, so much to worry about, so little time;).  We have an AWESOME support system, so I'm sure that my little sweetie, Logann, will feel very loved and well cared for.

Can't wait to find out if we are having a boy or girl!!  We don't care either way; both have great points.  If the baby is a girl, we will have a family of all girls:).  If the baby is a boy, he will be the only and very special boy!!  Too fun.  Any suggestions for uncommon boy names?  I'm at a loss!!!

Our baby is 3.5 inches long from crown to rump and weighs 1 ounce:)

Playdate with Max

Max's mommy, Casey, had to go get an ultra sound, so he and Logann played together for a couple of hours:).  Aren't they a great pair?!  Logann played with Max at his home a couple of days before when I had to get my ultra sound.  It's so nice to have a friend nearby that you trust and that you can count on!!!
